Woman Arrested For Allegedly Selling Drugs In Dunkirk

DUNKIRK – A City of Dunkirk woman was arrested Thursday night for allegedly trafficking drugs.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says Aixmary Rodriguez-Rosa, 35, was recently indicted by a Chautauqua County Grand Jury for allegedly distributing and selling illegal narcotics in the area of East Second Street and Columbus Avenue in the City of Dunkirk.

Rodriguez-Rosa was taken into custody Thursday night by the Dunkirk Police Department at her Lord Street residence.


She is charged with two felony counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Rodriguez-Rosa was held pending arraignment in Chautauqua County Court.
