
ELLICOTT – A man has been arrested and charged following a Saturday afternoon home break-in in the Town of Ellicott.
Ellicott Police allege Michael Moyer, 33, kicked in a door to gain entry to a garage just after 4 p.m.
Moyer was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree and fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say he was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
