Sex Offender Arrested After Allegedly Failing To Report Address Change

JAMESTOWN – A convicted sex offender was arrested Monday after allegedly failing to report his change in address.

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says Bryan Carroll, 31, of Jamestown, was arrested on a bench warrant issued in Cattaraugus County Court.

Deputies say Carroll was indicted on two counts of failure to register as a sex offender and failed to appear in court for arraignment.


Carroll was taken into custody and held at the Cattaraugus County Jail.
