RANDOLPH – A Frewsburg man was charged following a crash on Cemetery Hill Road in the Town of Randolph this week.

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says Dylan Wier, 32, crashed just after 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

Deputies say Wier was allegedly in possession of two hypodermic syringe’s and a small amount of heroin.

Wier is charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Deputies say Wier was released with an appearance ticket for the Town of Randolph court at a later date.
