Pair Allegedly Fails To Seek Timely Medical Attention For 10-Month-Old

ELLICOTT – Two people are charged after Ellicott Police say they allegedly failed to seek timely medical attention for a 10-month-old child. 

Police additionally say the child was allegedly left by the pair without proper supervision.

Devon A. Estus, 27, and Ashley A. Estus, 28, are both charged with two counts endangering the welfare of a child.











Both were given an appearance ticket for Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
