ALBANY – New York State released what business types are listed under listed under phase three of reopening on Tuesday.
According to forward.ny.gov personal care services like tattoo, piercing and massage parlors along with nail and additional beauty services will be given the green light to open.
Furthermore, the state says restaurants will be able to operate open indoor seating.
Before businesses can reopen the state requires them to fill out a written safety plan for customers and employees.
Businesses looking to check their eligibility for phase three reopening are asked to use the state’s reopening look up tool.
Western New York could be eligible for phase three reopening as soon as next week.
