Man Arrested After Allegedly Setting Fire To Occupied Jamestown Home

JAMESTOWN – A 49-year-old man was arrested after allegedly setting an occupied home on fire in Jamestown Wednesday morning.

Jamestown Police allege Eric Goodlow intentionally threw two incendiary devices onto the porch of 514 Monroe St. around 1:50 a.m.

Investigators say the porch to residence sustained damage as a result of the arson fire.











Police say luckily no one was hurt as a result of the fire.

Goodlow was taken into custody and charged.

Detectives believe the alleged actions was a result of an ongoing dispute between Goodlow and the occupants of the home and was not a random act of violence.
