JAMESTOWN — Chautauqua County Health Department officials are seeking help from the public in finding the owner of a dog involved in a biting attack on Willard Street this past Friday.

Officials need to confirm the rabies immunization status of the dog, thus they need to identify the owner.

The biting  incident occurred about 12:35 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Willard Street. Anyone with information is urged to call the County Health Department at 1-866-604-6789.
