MAYVILLE – A 61-year-old Mayville man is facing charges after allegedly acting disorderly and refusing to leave a local restaurant this week.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies were called to Webb’s Captain’s Table on West Lake Road around 9 p.m. on Tuesday.

Inside the restaurant, Joseph Blachowski was allegedly acting disorderly and refused to leave.

The man, deputies say, is charged with theft of services and petit larceny.

Blachowski was released with appearance tickets in the case.

He is scheduled to report to the Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
