Uncle Of Accused Jamestown Drug Trafficker Pleads Guilty In The Case

BUFFALO – The uncle of an alleged Jamestown drug trafficker has plead guilty to assisting his nephew peddle drugs.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Buffalo says Garland Beardsley, also known as Charlie Beardsley, plead guilty Wednesday to conspiring to possess with intent to distribute, and distributing, 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.

It is alleged between December 2018 and October 2020 Beardsley helped his nephew, Rocco Beardsley, sell methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl, crack cocaine, cocaine, and hydrocodone in the Jamestown area.











Beardsley faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life, a fine of $10,000,000.

Charges remain pending against his nephew.
