Jamestown Police Seek Info Following Afternoon Shooting

JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Police are asking for the public’s help following a Tuesday afternoon shooting.

Jamestown Police responded to the area of Center and Chandler Streets around 2:20 p.m. for a report of multiple shots fired.











Upon arrival officers located an SUV that had been struck with at least one bullet, police say was fired by a shooter wearing black hooded sweatshirt.

Since then investigators obtained video of the incident from nearby homes and a business.

The shooter is seen firing multiple rounds as he chased the vehicle down the street.









Officers report the occupants of the vehicle were not injured.
