Jamestown’s North Main Street 7-Eleven Closed Following Crash

JAMESTOWN – A downtown Jamestown convenience store is closed Thursday after a vehicle smashed through its entrance on Wednesday night.

A store employee tells WNY News Now the North Main Street 7-Eleven store will be closed for at least one day, as repairs are made to the door and entryway.











No one was hurt after a vehicle struck the building around 9:40 p.m. Wednesday.

The Jamestown Police and Jamestown Fire Departments, along with the City’s Department of Development, were among those who responded to the scene.

The crash caused a good amount of damage to the structure, with much of the door destroyed and some surrounding brick façade as well.
