JAMESTOWN – A homeless Jamestown man is facing charges after allegedly showing off his genitalia to those in a local hospital’s Emergency Department waiting room.
City of Jamestown Police Officers responded to UPMC Chautauqua Hospital around 9:40 p.m. on Wednesday night to investigate the reported incident.
Following further review, it is alleged 39-year-old Kenneth Trask exposed his private parts to several people; including a 15-year-old girl.
Trask was taken into custody and charged with two counts of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say because of New York State’s Bail Reform Laws, he was released from custody.
