BUFFALO – A 51-year-old Jamestown man was sentenced to serve 22-years in prison for receiving child pornography.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Buffalo announced the conviction of James Tracy on Thursday.

Following an investigation, Tracy was arrested for receiving numerous images and videos of a then 15-year-old victim back in 2018.

Investigators also determined through forensic review that Tracy had 50 plus other child pornography graphics in his possession on personal electronics.

In addition, prosecutors said Tracy had a prior conviction for aggravated sexual abuse involving a minor.
