
ELLICOTT, NY (WNY News Now) – An 18-year-old has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing a man in the Town of Ellicott on Friday night.
Town of Ellicott Police say Tucker Richard was arrested following the shooting, which happened at 2256 Willard Street extension around 10 p.m.
The victim has been identified as 57-year-old Scott Blake.
Investigators said Blake was found with a gunshot wound deceased at the scene when first responders arrived.
After a search warrant was obtained, police conducted a full forensic review of the residence.
Since then, police said Richard was charged with second-degree murder.
While an investigation continues, Richard has been taken to the Chautauqua County Jail where he is awaiting arraignment.
