Jamestown Fistfight Leads To Arrest

JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – Three individuals were arrested early Sunday morning following a fistfight that uncovered narcotics.

Jamestown police officers were called to an address on the city’s north side for reports of a domestic dispute.

Upon arrival, officers discovered 39-year-old Monica Pacheco and 32-year-old James Smouse engaged in a physical altercation causing injuries.


Officers also allege 31-year-old Dustin Newbree of damaging property.

After breaking up the fight, officers discovered narcotics on Pacheco and Newbree.

All three were taken into custody where they are awaiting arraignment in city court.
