CHAUTAUQUA, NY (WNY News Now) – A Lakewood man is facing multiple charges after crashing into a tree while driving under the influence.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a vehicle accident on Route 394 in the Town of Chautauqua Saturday.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the operator of the vehicle, 60-year-old Lakewood resident Timothy Ruch, was driving while intoxicated when the accident occurred.
Ruch was arrested on multiple accounts of DWI. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
