JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man is behind bars following a domestic dispute involving a metal rod Tuesday morning.

Ellicott police responded to a domestic dispute call at the Colony Motel Tuesday Morning.

Upon arrival, officers found that 51-year-old Bobby Kastelic had allegedly kept a female victim hostage, beating her with a metal rod.
