Drug Investigation Leads to Arrest

JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – An early morning drug investigation in the City of Jamestown led to the arrest of one local woman. 

45-year-old Tonya Earley was stopped Tuesday around 10 a.m by the Jamestown Police officers due to suspicious behavior. Upon investigation, Earley was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a quantity of Hydrocodone pills that were not prescribed.

Earley was arrested for possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the city jail. While inside, Earley was also found to be concealing a small amount of methamphetamines and LSD. 


Earley was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and later released with an appearance ticket.
