ELLICOTT, NY (WNY News Now) – A routine traffic stop in the town of Ellicott turned into one man facing drug charges.
On July 21, 2023 the Ellicott Police conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle for equipment violations, during which 35-year-old James R. Tuttle was found in possession of methamphetamine.
James was arrested and issued with traffic tickets and an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
