East Road, Sinclairville (WNY News Now) – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to an address on East Road in the Town of Charlotte following a report of a disorderly person.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disorderly person report. It was discovered that Jason Koch, Ben Gray, and John Land had re-entered a property they were previously evicted from without permission.
An alleged machete display by Jason Koch led to him being charged with Menacing 2nd Degree while all three were issued appearance tickets for trespassing.
They are set to appear in the Town of Charlotte Court for legal proceedings.
