Warsaw, NY (WNY News Now) – On August 12, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested a Warsaw, NY woman for driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.
On August 12, 2023, Troopers responded to the village of Warsaw for a complaint of a vehicle all over the roadway. Troopers observed 50 year old Sandra L. Hostetler traveling south on SR 19 in Warsaw failing to maintain her lane.
Troopers conducted a traffic stop, and following an investigation Hostetler was placed under arrest. Hostetler failed field sobriety tests and was transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
Hostetler was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Warsaw court for September 18, 2023.
