(WNY News Now) – An investigation by the Jamestown Police Department involving the reported sexual abuse of a child under the age of 11 has resulted in the following charges for a 47-year-old Jamestown resident.

Jamestown – An investigation by the Jamestown Police Department involving the reported sexual
abuse of a child under the age of 11 has resulted in the following charges for a 47-year-old Jamestown
resident. Jamestown Police have charged Jose A. Rosario with Sex Abuse 1st Degree, Criminal Sex Act 1st, and
Predatory Sex Assault on a Child after an investigation alleged that he had sexual contact with a child less
than eleven years old in a north side Jamestown residence.

Rosario was arraigned in Jamestown City Court and committed to the Chautauqua County Jail.
