
JAMESTOWN, NEW YORK (WNY NEWS NOW) – Patriots For Chautauqua County And Surrounding Areas will be hosting a trick or treating event on Halloween night.
The event will be held as an alternative to the traditional door to door trick or treating.
It will be held at Venue 31 on the corner of Main Street and First Street in downtown Jamestown from 630PM to 830PM next Tuesday evening.
Event organizers will be handing out candy and other treats to the children in attendance. Trick or treaters will also be able to learn about the history of Halloween while being able to participate in other fun activities.
Adults in attendance will have the opportunity to learn about the mission of Patriots For Chautauqua County/Surrounding areas and their organization’s plans for the future.
There will also be information on the upcoming local elections, information about some of the candidates running, and how to contact each candidate for more information.
Overall, the goal of the event is to create a safe and family friendly alternative to trick or treating in a warm and weather controlled environment.
