(WNY News Now) – In response to a reported larceny in progress, Sheriff’s deputies arrested two Chautauqua County residents charging them with multiple offenses, including Burglary 3rd and Petit Larceny.

Stockton – On the morning of October 29, 2023, at approximately 10:26 AM, law enforcement authorities  responded to a report of a larceny in progress on Stockton-Hartfield Road in the Town of Stockton. Upon thorough investigation, law enforcement officials alleged that two individuals, identified as Lawrence A. Alexander (38, male) and Season M. Brigham (44, female), forcibly entered a camper and removed various items. Additionally, they were found to be in possession of several items that had been previously reported as stolen.

Both Alexander and Brigham were subsequently charged with multiple criminal offenses, which included Burglary in the 3rd degree, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th degree, and Petit Larceny.


The accused individuals were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
