
(WNY News Now) – A 19-year-old local man was apprehended in Fredonia on warrants and is now facing a slew of charges including resisting arrest, strangulation, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Fredonia – 19-year-old Louis A Segura was arrest on October 29, 2023, after authorities in Pomfret received a tip about his whereabouts. The teenager, who was wanted on multiple warrants, was located at a residence on 4665 Webster Rd, Fredonia.
Upon further investigation, law enforcement officers apprehended Segura, who subsequently found himself facing a litany of charges. These charges include resisting arrest, strangulation in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment in the second degree.
After his arrest, Louis A Segura was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
