(WNY News Now) – A Great Valley man was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence, after a routine traffic stop on Route 219 in Great Valley on March 4th, 2024, at around 5:50 pm.
Seth A. Barner was apprehended and taken into custody for allegedly driving while intoxicated during a standard traffic stop. The incident occurred on Route 219 in the Town of Great Valley. Barner was subsequently transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing, where he was issued multiple uniform traffic tickets. Following the processing, Barner was released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Great Valley Court for further proceedings on a later date.
