(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 23-year-old male from Jamestown, NY, is held pending arraignment after being accused of criminal mischief at Riverwalk Park.
Joseph B. Trippe, 23, is facing charges of Criminal Mischief 3rd degree after allegedly damaging public property at Riverwalk Park on 5 South Main St. Jamestown Police responded to a report of a suspicious person on April 18th, 2024, around 1:40 pm. Investigation revealed Trippe as the suspect who reportedly damaged an industrial garbage canister valued at $1500. Trippe was taken into custody and is currently held at Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
