Three individuals, identified as Debra K. Leeper, Koran D. Leeper, and Jordan E. Czerniak, were apprehended by Jamestown Police during a routine traffic stop on March 28, 2024, leading to multiple drug-related charges.

On the night of March 28, 2024, Jamestown Police officers conducted a routine traffic stop near Maple St and Everett Ave. The occupants of the vehicle were identified as Debra K. Leeper, Koran D. Leeper, and Jordan E. Czerniak. During the stop, officers observed illegal drugs in plain view on Koran D. Leeper’s person, prompting a search of the vehicle. This search revealed various drug paraphernalia items, including a digital scale with fentanyl residue and packaging materials.

Further investigation uncovered that Jordan E. Czerniak was in possession of methamphetamine, while Debra K. Leeper and Koran D. Leeper were found with quantities of cocaine and fentanyl, respectively. Upon their arrest and transport to Jamestown City Jail, additional drugs were discovered on Debra K. Leeper, who also attempted to conceal fentanyl and was in possession of crack cocaine packaged for sale.

As a result of these findings, Debra K. Leeper and Koran D. Leeper face charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd (3 counts), and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Jordan E. Czerniak has been charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd (3 counts). All three individuals remain in custody pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
