Adam S. Carpenter, a 28-year-old male from Brocton, NY, was arrested by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), DWI per se, and speeding over 55 mph in Westfield.
The incident occurred on April 20, 2024, around 2:42 AM, when law enforcement conducted a traffic stop on Rt 20 in the Town of Westfield. Adam S. Carpenter was identified as the operator of the vehicle and subsequently found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and later released with tickets to appear in the Westfield Town Court at a later date.
