Chad D. Silleman, 42, of South Dayton, NY, was arrested in Cherry Creek for Aggravated Harassment and Criminal Mischief following a vehicle complaint.
On April 26, 2024, at approximately 5:21 PM, authorities responded to a vehicle complaint in Cherry Creek. Subsequent investigations revealed that Chad D. Silleman, 42, from South Dayton, NY, had damaged property belonging to another individual and made threats of physical harm. Silleman was promptly arrested and charged with Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.
After processing, Silleman was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cherry Creek Court at a later date.
