    (WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 52-year-old Ashville resident, was arrested on charges of harassment and criminal trespassing at a Northside residence on May 5, 2024, at approximately 9:39 pm.

    On May 5, 2024, at around 9:39 pm, officers from the 2nd platoon responded to a harassment complaint at a Northside residence. Upon arrival, they found Shelly L. Holmstrom inside the victim’s entryway, allegedly striking the victim multiple times in the face. Holmstrom was promptly taken into custody without incident and transported to Jamestown City Jail. The incident resulted in charges of harassment 2nd and criminal trespass 2nd against Holmstrom.

      In that incident charges were false it happened the other way! Ms. Holmstrom was trying to make peace with both of them! Talking to her son when miss DeMarco reached around an hit Ms.Holmstrom in the face 3 times an her son through her down the porch stairs causing serious Injuries! She has evidence of it she has court documents an photos to back up the story. The disagreement was not serious enough to lead to this but it has. Makes me wonder about the parents mental well-being! This argument that lead to this is just really stupid an unbelievable. An this is the real story.

      An to add to that story Ms. Arianna DeMarco had no evidence no pictures! An didn’t come to court to back up the story. Be careful of the stories you hear there’s always 2 sides.

      How about we state the real truth. Shelly was harassing David and I over our 5 month old daughter at the time. She showed up to the house even though she was warned not to. Hit me in my lip and that’s when I beat her up because don’t show up to my house where my daughter is and make a scene. Her son never put his hands on her or shoved her down the stairs. I have an order protection to protect me my daughter and David. Shelly Holmstrom is nothing but a lying manipulative person. She always obsessed over my bf ex. We stop talking to her because we didn’t want our daughter around her drug addiction. She showed up to our house on drugs. And I have pictures and I have videos. I have video of her screaming and banging on mu window screaming on drugs to give her a bathing suit she bought my daughter. Shelly if your going to come on here with a fake account at least tell them the truth about how you are A psycho. I have pictures where she left marks on and her son. She was beating on him and stuff. She is an unstable person who needs to seek help for her drug addiction

      Also she had no Injuries. I have pictures of my lip where she stabbed her keys into. Shelly likes to play victim and make up lies. She talks so much shit about her family. I hope she enjoys being alone because for how much David and I have done to include her she was told you are on drugs and we don’t want it around our daughter. Shelly it’s time to grow up. Stop leaving fake comment. There is am OP for a reason and I was never summoned to court. Keep it coming with playing video. You didn’t even raise your son you left him in homeless so you could do drugs and party. She is a horrible person and a horrible mom

      Also Shelly you have no room to talk about the well being of my child when you were on drugs and trying to put her in danger. You have no pictures or anything. I have videos, pictures and everything. I will take this back to court and press further charges when you tried to break and enter the house. And the well being of my child. David told me how you broke his legs, she through her son in a closet she spent his whole life on drugs. She punched him in the face in front of his first kid and kicked them out when he was 19 all because he got home from a long day of work. Shelly stabbed herself in the leg when her son told her to get a job. I think David and I did good thing putting an OP on a crazy, manipulative person.

      Also the neighbor seen and heard everything, and my grandma heard everything. That’s 4 witnesses of how she acted. Plus pictures and videos.

      Me my girlfriend Arianna Demarco and the neighbor’s witnessed my mom (Shelly Holmstrom) pounding and kicking on my front door over a bathing suit she had bought for my daughter. She kept doing it until Arianna opened the door to try and tell her to go away and that’s when Shelly punched Arianna in the face with a car key which caused a cut on Ariannas lower lip. The event continued escalating until the police arrived and had her arrested. I never threw her off my porch. She was forcefully trying to break into my house while my daughter was there and kept trying to punch Arianna and I until the cops showed up and that’s the truth. Shelly is always under the influence of pharmaceuticals and uses her “mental health” issues as a crutch to get away with crimes like this. I’m also very disappointed at how this case was handled and should’ve pressed charges as well. She was charged for trespassing when it should’ve been burglary.
