    (WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – Jamestown Police Department responded to an assault report at Allen Park, W. Virginia Blvd, Jamestown, NY, on May 2, 2024. Seven individuals have been charged after an investigation into the incident.

    On May 2, 2024, Jamestown Police Department received reports of an assault at Allen Park, W. Virginia Blvd, Jamestown, NY. Following an investigation, seven individuals were identified and subsequently charged. The details surrounding the incident and the identities of the individuals involved have not been disclosed by the authorities. The individuals charged have been released on an Appearance Ticket pending further legal proceedings.

      The boy who was assaulted was named in sexual assault allegations on 4/25, prior to the incident. This is why the fight took place. Now the mom is spinning the story on tik tok to fit her narrative and to profit through a go fund me, exploiting her son. Do more research before donating to this fund. It is absolutely sick, the mother is trying to profit off this situation..

      The mother is on Tik Tok, IG and Facebook bashing Jamestown Police Department, the school and everyone involved. She started a fake go fund me account saying she needs 30,000 to move. She posts videos of her making 20,000 a month, shopping at the mall and blowing money. She is exploiting her son while he is the one who threw the 1st punch. He has a negative history against an ex girlfriend. She is disgusting, pathetic and this has to stop. She is making it out to be all about her and her attention from everyone. Adrielle Sigler has to be stopped!!!!!!!!!

      Stop victim shaming the boy who was gang assaulted and put in the hospital! The criminals were charged for a reason. JPD did their job correctly and hopefully the rest of the attackers will be apprehended soon before more innocent victims are attacked.       Please update this story. The police have confirmed that it was a PREPLANNED fight with the “victim” being the aggressor, throwing the first punch. The “victims” mother is exploiting her son and intentionally leaving out crucial information to collect money for sympathy.

      I can’t believe this actually made the news, I genuinely followed Adrielle Sigler to make sure her son was okay, and then all these stories started to come out where you can clearly put the story together. I feel awful for her son because he seems like a good kid, with a bat sh*t crazy mom who is using her son to get money from everyone on tik-tok. Here’s what we know. 1. she has made more then 1 go fund me accounts in a year (one to move for $30,000 – which I reported as fraud, two one for her sons braces, and i’m not sure what the third one was for as I can’t seem to find it cos they probably took it down cos she’s a FRUAD!) Some light has been shed on this situation one being the cops showed up top her house with people from the school to suspend her son who premeditated this fight, and wanted this fight. IT DOES NOT MAKE IT RIGHT THAT THE OTHER KIDS JUMPED IN! However it was planned, this woman has caused so many problems in her home town with small businesses, TJ MAX, everything and people can’t see through her BS! I seen through it the second multiple TikTok videos emerged telling the truth! The video was edited to fit the story she told, but not the whole story!!

      She needs to be reported to the authorities, go fund me, and housing for fraud if she has housing which it has been stated on multiple occasions that she has. She also needs to be reported to the IRS for tax fraud because she also isn’t reporting any of her TikTok etc income. Also CPS needs to do an in depth investigation on her because of the MULTIPLE things she has posted online.       Here’s one better she fears there safety made a $30 k GoFundMe but has videos all over TT and Facebook partying in Orlando FL after taking what was donated to her so far leaving her son home were their not safe? What she has done and cause is a fake charity fund which is a federal crime by FBI and to mention bashing the police in town while begging for help and defamation of all parties involved by showing , displaying and naming all minors and there locations in town which is illegal too, why isn’t she been charged or invested for false accusations and lies .       Adrielle Sigler’s son was not hospitalized; he only had a few minor scratches on the back of his lower neck and a small mark on his face. The police have spoken out stating her son initiated the fight and was the aggressor. He was suspended from school due to HIS actions. He willingly walked to the park where there were no cameras to record the fight, and threw the first punch. While it was wrong for other kids to join the fight, it’s hardly surprising given his previous actions of sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl. He has a history of trouble with the police for fighting and arson.

      Adrielle has a pattern of creating GoFundMe accounts for supposed emergencies and using the money for other purposes just like she did this time. Her latest GoFundMe requests an outrageous $30,000 for an “emergency move” to relocate her son. This is a blatant attempt to exploit people’s goodwill. If she genuinely needed to move urgently, she would request a more reasonable amount and find temporary accommodations while fundraising.

      Adrielle’s current GoFundMe has been reported for fraud by multiple people but has raised over $4,000, which she has used to take a vacation to Florida. Even more troubling, she has left her son home alone in what she has announced is an extremely dangerous location and where her son is in “imminent danger”, while she parties out of state on the donations meant for the “emergency move.” She has also made numerous TikTok’s about the minors involved, naming them and showing their pictures, while omitting crucial details about the fight to manipulate the situation for financial gain.

      It’s clear she is scamming people, and it’s only a matter of time before the authorities catch on. Adrielle also has a past conviction for computer tampering at age 20. The issue is not Jamestown, it’s her. She causes problems for her children along with herself anywhere she lives. She is clearly in need of psychological help, not monetary donations. Be sure to research thoroughly before donating.
