Naquan M. Evans, 28, of Jamestown, NY, faces charges after violating a protection order in a domestic dispute.

On May 16, 2024, at approximately 11:30 PM, Jamestown Police responded to a South Side address following a report of a past domestic dispute. Officers interviewed the victim and discovered that Naquan M. Evans had violated a stay-away order of protection involving one adult and two juveniles. Evans, a 28-year-old resident of Jamestown, was found nearby and arrested without incident. He was charged with three counts of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree and transported to Jamestown City Jail. Evans is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
