(WNY News Now) – NEW YORK – In a landmark decision, the Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department has unanimously ruled to place the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) back on the ballot for the upcoming November 2024 election. New York Attorney General Letitia James hailed this ruling as a significant triumph for the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms.
