(WNY News Now) – Olean – Carlos Corbin, 52, of Buffalo, NY, faces legal consequences as he is apprehended for a previous petit larceny charge.
On August 26, 2024, at approximately 11:30 AM, Carlos Corbin, 52, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested at 101 E State St, Olean, NY, by deputies from the Olean Police Department. The arrest was conducted in connection with an outstanding warrant issued by Cattaraugus County.
The warrant, which stems from a previous incident involving a charge of petit larceny, led to Corbin’s apprehension. Following his arrest, Corbin was taken into custody and is now remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail. He will remain there pending his future court date in the Town of Cattaraugus County. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
