(WNY News Now) – Little Valley, NY — A routine patrol led to the arrest of Kenneth J. Grainer, 30, of Little Valley, NY, after he was observed walking along Seventh Street on December 29, 2024. Grainer was taken into custody on an active bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Grainer was promptly transported to Little Valley Town Court for arraignment, where he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear at Napoli Town Court at a later date to address the warrant.

As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
