(WNY News Now) – A late-night search warrant at a 3rd Avenue residence in Olean resulted in two arrests, significant drug seizures, and the discovery of a loaded firearm.


After a comprehensive investigation into alleged drug sales at a 3rd Ave. address, Olean Police executed a search warrant on the rear upper apartment late last night. Assisted by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, members of the Emergency Response Team entered the residence just before midnight, uncovering a significant quantity of drugs and cash.
During the operation, a vehicle parked at the residence containing two occupants was also detained for investigation.
Inside the residence, authorities discovered 12 ounces of methamphetamine, over 3 ounces of fentanyl, and more than 2 ounces of cocaine, along with an undisclosed amount of cash. As a result, Isaiah Riley, 24, a resident of the apartment, was arrested and charged with:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree (Class A Felony)
- Two Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class B Felonies).
Additionally, one of the vehicle’s occupants, David G. Clark, 41, of 101 High St., Bradford, Pennsylvania, was taken into custody. Clark faces charges of:
- Criminal Possession of a Loaded Firearm in the Second Degree (Class C Felony)
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (Class A Misdemeanor).
Both individuals were arraigned in Olean City Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
