(WNY News Now) – DUNKIRK, NY – Three Jamestown women were arrested on petit larceny charges after deputies responded to a shoplifting report at a business in the Town of Dunkirk on Friday night.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrived at the scene around 8:13 p.m. on January 31, 2025, after receiving a report of an ongoing theft. Following an investigation, authorities determined that 24-year-old Zugeily J. Ramos Alvira, 39-year-old Zuleika Alvira Lebron, and 59-year-old Lillian J. Lebron Guzman had unlawfully taken merchandise.

All three individuals were arrested and charged with petit larceny. They were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Dunkirk Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
