(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown woman faces charges of Criminal Mischief and Tampering following a domestic dispute on the city’s west side in which she allegedly caused significant damage to multiple televisions and spread garbage throughout the residence.

JAMESTOWN, NY – On the evening of February 4, 2025, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s Third Platoon responded to a domestic dispute at a west side residence. The call, received at approximately 11:51 p.m., involved a reported altercation between 22-year-old Kaitlin M. Webber of Jamestown and a 28-year-old victim.

Upon arrival, officers interviewed both parties and conducted a thorough investigation. It was determined that Webber had caused significant damage to the property, including multiple televisions. In addition to the destruction of electronics, Webber allegedly threw garbage throughout the kitchen and living room areas.

Webber was taken into custody without incident and transported to the City Jail. She has been charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
