(WNY News Now) – ELLICOTT, NY – A Lakewood man is facing a felony charge following an alleged theft from a business in the Town of Ellicott.

According to the Town of Ellicott Police Department, officers responded to a larceny complaint, leading to the arrest of Michael R. Euscher, 24, of Lakewood. Investigators allege that Euscher unlawfully took money from the business.

Euscher was charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a felony under New York law. Following his arrest on February 7, 2025, he was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to address the charge.

As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
