(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – A Jamestown man was arrested late Thursday night after repeatedly entering a restricted area at City Hall, marking his third arrest in four days.
According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers from the 3rd Platoon discovered Wade S. Pfleuger, 44, inside the City Hall garage at 200 E. 3rd St. at approximately 11:57 p.m. on February 27, 2025. Authorities say Pfleuger had already been removed from the premises earlier in the day but returned a second time.
Pfleuger was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court on a charge of Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree.
This latest arrest follows two previous incidents involving Pfleuger within the past four days. Each time, he was released in accordance with New York State bail reform laws.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
