(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, NY – A 45-year-old Jamestown woman was arrested Wednesday night after police found her inside a condemned residence on the city’s south side.
Officers from the Second Platoon responded to a reported burglary around 8 p.m. on March 5. Upon arrival, they confirmed that the property had been condemned by the City of Jamestown Department of Development. Inside, officers located Sandra L. Pavlock, who was taken into custody without incident.
Further investigation revealed that Pavlock had multiple outstanding bench warrants issued by the Jamestown Police Department. She was transported to the city jail and is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court on charges of Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree and Bench Warrants.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
