(WNY News Now) – LITTLE VALLEY, NY – A Jamestown man was taken into custody at Cattaraugus County Court on Monday after authorities executed a bench warrant.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, Benjamin J. Sebzda, 40, was arrested on March 17, 2025, at 301 Court St., Little Valley, NY. Sebzda was taken into custody on a Jamestown City Court bench warrant while present at the courthouse.
Following his arrest, deputies transferred Sebzda to the Jamestown Police Department for further processing. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
