(WNY News Now) – On July 14, 2025, Jamestown Police arrested Tori R. Carlson, 32, of Randolph, for petit larceny at the Tops Market on Washington Street.

Jamestown Police Department officers responded to a report of petit larceny at Tops Market, located at 2000 Washington Street, on July 14 around 4:00 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found that Tori R. Carlson had allegedly stolen merchandise from the store.

Carlson was still at the scene when officers arrived and was taken into custody without incident. She was then transported to Jamestown City Jail and formally charged with petit larceny.

Following her arrest, Carlson was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
