(WNY News Now) – BUFFALO, N.Y. – U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Wednesday that Sandra Pavlock, also known as Sondra L. Pavlock, 45, of Jamestown, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua A. Violanti, who is prosecuting the case, said Pavlock worked as an associate of Jamestown drug trafficker Zaid Mendoza, distributing multiple narcotics on his behalf. Investigators found that Pavlock used Facebook to communicate about the conspiracy and coordinate drug trafficking activity.
On February 9, 2024, law enforcement stopped a vehicle Pavlock was riding in with other individuals. Officers recovered methamphetamine belonging to Pavlock, leading to her conviction in Jamestown City Court for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. She was sentenced to 90 days in prison.
Later that month, on February 29, 2024, law enforcement executed a search warrant at a Charles Street residence where Pavlock was located with others. Officers seized cocaine, oxycodone tablets, $478 in cash, and drug paraphernalia. Pavlock was subsequently convicted in Chautauqua County Court of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree and sentenced to one year in prison.
The guilty plea is the result of a coordinated investigation by Homeland Security Investigations, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Jamestown Police Department.
Pavlock is scheduled to be sentenced on March 10, 2026, before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr.
