(WNY News Now) – A 58-year-old Brocton man was issued an appearance ticket after police allege he punched another individual in the face Friday evening.
Barry A. Wells, 58, of Brocton, was charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on Ellicott Road in Brocton on Sept. 4, according to police.
Police said the incident occurred at approximately 5 p.m. Wells allegedly punched an individual in the face.
Wells was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Portland Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The charge is an allegation, and Wells is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
