(WNY News Now) – A 27-year-old Little Valley man was arrested Sept. 16 following a reported domestic incident, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Jonas Hurlburt, 27, of Little Valley, was arrested at about 6:34 p.m. Sept. 16 at a Fair Oak St. address and charged with second-degree harassment stemming from a domestic incident.

Hurlburt was processed and transported to Great Valley Court, where an order of protection was issued.

He is scheduled to appear in Little Valley Town Court at a later date.

An arrest is an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
