JAMESTOWN – A man was arrested following a foot pursuit Tuesday morning in the area of Prendergast Avenue and Price Street, according to the Jamestown Police Department. 

Zachary A. Graves, 23, was reportedly observed walking on Prendergast Avenue, and police said he had known felony warrants.

After a short foot pursuit, he was arrested without incident.

In addition, Graves was allegedly in possession of metal knuckles, a small quantity of heroin and a digital scale.

Graves was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, in addition to the warrants.
