Jamestown Man Sentenced In December Home Burglary Case

JAMESTOWN – A 31-year-old Jamestown man has been sentenced in connection with the December burglary of a Winsor Street home.

The Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office says that Mark Barnhart was sentenced Monday to two and a half to five years indeterminate after pleading guilty to third-degree burglary.

Jamestown Police arrested Barnhart following the reported residential burglary last December.

Responding officers say the man was located a short distance away from the scene in possession of items linked back to the home.
